Here are my Terms & Conditions and other information 

As each item is individually handmade, slight variations may occur, this adds to the character and uniqueness of your chosen piece.

Discontinued Components.

Occasionaly a component or colour may become discontinued. If this occurs once you have placed your order, you will be contacted and offered either a refund or the item/s can be made up using a similar component which will not compromise the design or quality of the items. Bearing this in mind, it is advisable to order items that you would like to match (especialy coloured items) Tiaras, Necklaces, Grips etc. at the same time.

All "pearls" are imitation unless otherwise stated. The description "Gold" or "Silver" does not mean precious metals unless clearly stated. Please refer to the product information page.

Price Change

Sometimes it may be necessary to change the prices of certain items due to the increased price of the components. Also postal rates could change. The price of the item/postage displayed on the date you place the order will be the price you pay. Any subsequent orders placed after the price increases will be charged at the new price.

Colour Charts.

Colour Charts are as a guide only, as each computer monitor will interprete colours differently. You can post a colour swatch to me and I will try to match as closely to the colour as possible from my suppliers colour availability. Please note, for example the colour "sapphire" in a crystal may look different to a "sapphire" in a satin fabric because the light will affect the way it looks.

Delivery Time

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery, possibly longer in the busy wedding season. I will contact you prior to posting out your order.

Delivery Service

All orders will be sent by either royal mail recorded delivery or special delivery so will require a signature upon receipt. It is important to have a secure delivery address so that the parcel can be signed for as proof of delivery. If delivery was attempted but no one was available to sign for the parcel a card will usualy be left with instructions to retrieve the parcel. Depending on which postal service was used, the parcel will either be taken to a depot for collection by yourself within a certain timesale. Otherwise it could be returned to myself and this will incur an extra charge to the customer for re-delivery.

I can not be held responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed whilst in transit.

All orders are sent with some level of insurance depending on the delivery service used. In the event of any loss or damage please refer to the returns procedure as detailed below. 

A guide to postage and packaging charges per item.

 Multiple items with a combined value of  more than £50 will be sent by special delivery. The cost of which will depend on the value and weight. If you are buying a tiara with a value of over £50 the postage and packing will be £5.75 special delivery, but you can order extra items at the same time, for example: earrings, necklace, hairpins and they can be put in the same parcel and the postage price will remain the same.

All items are Non refundable/Non exchangable as they are individually handmade to order and of a personal nature. All items are thoroughly checked and well packaged before being sent out. If when you receive the goods they have been damaged in transit, then a claim form will have to be sent to Royal Mail, this apparantly can take up to 30 days for them to deal with (from when I receive the returned and damaged goods). Hopefully all the items will arrive in perfect condition, but if not please follow the returns procedure below. 

Returns procedure for goods damaged in transit.

You must notify me within 2 days of receipt of the damaged goods.

 Please do not return the goods without contacting me first and receiving a confirmation from myself agreeing to the return of the damaged goods. I can then confirm the returns procedure.

No goods can be returned after the wedding date.

All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of notification.

Please retain proof of posting.

Return delivery service must be the same as the goods were sent out - either recorded or special delivery and securely packaged and addressed.
